I designed the backdrop of video that was projected on the austere and brutalist set design by Anna Orton. The imposing concrete was transformed by elemental forces. It was a growing crystalline structure, a wall of burning paper, a fracturing surface of drying flaking clay, and at times washed with ink and then stained with blood red liquid.
